Cama y habitación amplia y cómoda. Cafe disponible en la habitación.

La limpieza del cuarto de baño mala, olía mal. El desayuno poco variado y de escasa calidad. No hay caja fuerte en las habitaciones. Sólo nos ponían dos toallas a pesar de ser cuatro en la habitación.

La ubicación está muy próxima al centro, puedes ir incluso andando (15min). La habitación, de moqueta, estaba muy limpia, baño inclusive y el servicio del hotel correcto en todo momento.

Por ponerle alguna pega, aunque siendo español y tratándose de Reino Unido (gales en este caso).. todo es mas caro, no pidais botellas de agua en el restaurante, que son 4 Libras jejeje

Si bien es cierto que está un poco retirado del centro, se puede ir a pie en 15 minutos. El personal es muy amable. El aparcamiento y el wifi son gratis. La limpieza y el confort.

The location of the Future Inn was suitable for our planned event at the Millenium Centre.

The breakfast was ok - had much nicer in other hotels! and the pillows were a bit hard.

no complaints although this is the 3rd occassion I've used this hotel within the last 10mths and you could consider offering reductions for regular user or package offers as the Hilton Hotel group .

Staff were right balance of friendly and efficient, room was well designed - checkout the bathroom door, best door fit I've ever seen in a hotel! Bar staff were very helpful and friendly too. All in all we enjoyed the stay and would definately come back... Thanks

Room was well designed apart from bedside shelf not being available on both sides of double bed, but this was a minor thing as room had some great features.

I used the internet with my laptop - but then found none of the emails I had sent actually arrived. I did not find out about this until I had left and when I called to warn the hotel this was happening I got the impression that I wasn't believed and that the system supplier would not be contacted. I would advise anyone staying here who needs to use email to check this out.

i liked the fact that even though there were several groups of party goers staying the hotel during the weekend we were'nt disturbed by any noise late at night and we slept well!

Convenient location near the bay. This is a modern city hotel much like any other.

Tinned mushrooms and tomatoes spoiled an otherwise excellent breakfast. The telephone system seems to work well when you make calls, bur they seem unable to locate your call record when you check out.
